Dr. (Ms.) Panma Yankit hails from the small tribal district of Kinnaur in Himachal Pradesh, India. Kinnaur is a dry temperate zone in the north-western Himalayas. From the depth of my heart, I am thankful to Ecoselva for considering me fit for this Weltwärts volunteer programme and offering me this great opportunity. Weltwärts is a volunteer program. It is an educational programme with the goal of promoting intercultural exchange between countries of the global South and the global North.
